China's CNPC says interested in Rosneft's privatisation
MOSCOW, April 21 (Reuters) - China National Petroleum Corp (CNPC) is interested in privatisation of Russia's largest oil producer Rosneft, CNPC's first vice president Wang Zhongcai told reporters on Thursday in Moscow.
Russia plans to sell 19.5 percent in the world's top listed oil producer by output, valuing the stake at around 650 billion roubles ($10 billion).
Wang Zhongcai also said that CNPC has set up a working group for talks with the Russian government on Rosneft's privatisation.
