Christina Anstead Says She's Done “Playing the Game” and Has Chosen to “Find Peace”

Christina Anstead is making waves in her new yacht, while also finding ways to create peace for herself.

The 37-year-old, who announced in September that she would be separating from husband Ant Anstead, took to Instagram this week with a relaxing video of dolphins swimming in the ocean. In the caption, she opened up about the negative energy she's been facing and how she's learned to handle it.

"When we have a choice to get caught up in alllllll the nonsense or just choose to find peace... I’m choosing the anomaly," the Flip or Flop star wrote. She continued: "It’s interesting how you can go from being worried / getting anxious about what people are saying about you to just deciding not to read / read into any of it." While not directly mentioning it, Christina's note seems to be pertaining to all the chatter surrounding her separation—and how she’s decided to distance herself from other people’s opinions.

Christina explained that she is officially done "playing the game" and reminds her followers that "we all have the choice... choose the one that makes you feel good."

In terms of what Christina has been doing in order to "feel good," she unfollowed everyone on Instagram and also disabled comments on a few of her posts. While this gave her the chance to limit interactions, some folks took their thoughts about her to Ant's page.

In one of his photos following the separation, comments were left suggesting that Christina could be potentially struggling with postpartum depression, which led her to call it quits. Ant followed up with a post pleading with fans to "stop self-diagnosing from afar" and confirmed that both he and Christina were doing fine.

Despite all the attention Christina has been getting regarding her decision to separate from Ant, she seems to have found her place—off land. "I’ve always loved the ocean and find it relaxing," she wrote. "To me, this is peace and perfection." It looks like Christina's yacht is serving not just as a way to physically disconnect from others, but also mentally.
