Cisco revenue rises, TripAdvisor higher holiday quarter, and Teva reports new stakeholders

Here are the charts of the day for February 15, 2018.

Cisco (CSCO): Shares are getting a boost in midday trade. The world’s largest networking equipment maker said sales grew about 3% last quarter. That’s Cisco’s first rise in revenue in more than two years. The company also revealed a $25 billion increase to its stock repurchase plan.

TripAdvisor (TRIP): Shares zooming higher in early trade. The travel site’s sales for the holiday quarter were higher than the previous year, and it issued a stronger-than-expected forecast for the current year.

Teva (TEVA): Shares jumping in midday trading. The news here – Warren Buffett’s Berkshire reports a new stake in the generic drugmaker, close to nearly 19 million shares. Activist fund Jana Partners also disclosed a stake in Teva.
