HSBC Private Bank
Oliver Gregson has been appointed head of private bank investment group, UK and Channel Islands, at HSBC Private Bank. He joins from Barclays Wealth, where he was head of discretionary portfolio management. Gregson has also held roles at UBS and Citi Private Bank.
State Street Global Advisors
The asset management firm has announced several new appointments to its institutional business. In the UK, Joe Riddaway joins as UK senior consultant manager. He joins from Mercer Investments, where he was head of UK client service for its fiduciary management business. Riddaway has also held investment consultancy roles at JLT Actuaries, Consultants Ltd and PwC.
Rockspring Property Investment Managers
The asset management firm has announced the promotion of Richard Bains and Tom Walsh to partner. Bains joined Rockspring in January 2009 as a fund manager. Walsh joined in 2005 as a member of its European transaction team. In addition, Rockspring has appointed Rikesh Parmar as head of corporate development, and John Kehoe as assistant director in its UK transactions team. Parmar formerly worked at the BBC, where he was responsible for portfolio and investment management. Kehoe joins from Round Hill Capital, where he was most recently a vice president in its originations and execution team.
JP Morgan Private Bank
Olivier Lemaigre has been appointed as an investment strategist for Europe, Middle East and Africa at JP Morgan Private Bank. Prior to joining, Lemaigre was a global strategist for emerging market equities at Legg Mason. He has also served as an emerging market debt strategist and economist focusing on Latin America at Citigroup.

The specialist consultancy has appointed Mark Kelly to the role of sales and marketing director. He has over 20 years’ experience in the industry, with a particular focus on IT, telecommunications, and media.
BNP Paribas Securities Services
Jamie Pratt has been appointed head of sales Americas for debt market services at BNP Paribas Securities Services. He joins from Barclays Capital, where he was a director in its structured finance department in New York. Pratt has also worked as a securitisation banker at Deutsche Bank in London.
