Comcast Sky proposal is a commercial matter for the companies - UK PM May's spokesman

LONDON, Feb 27 (Reuters) - A proposal by U.S. cable giant Comcast (Swiss: CMCSA.SW - news) to buy Sky (Frankfurt: 893517 - news) is a commercial matter for the companies, a spokesman for British Prime Minister Theresa May said on Tuesday.
