•    Kimberly Clark Corp’s KMB shares gained 0.3% after the company posted first-quarter adjusted earnings of $1.57 per share, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.54

•    Shares of Illinois Tool Works Inc. ITW gained 3.6% after the company reported first-quarter 2017 earnings of $1.54 per share, surpassing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $1.45  

•    Halliburton Company’s HAL shares declined 0.7% after the company posted first-quarter 2017 revenues of $4,279 million, missing the Zacks Consensus Estimate of $4,281.4 million
