• Shares of Sinclair Broadcast Group, Inc. SBGI decreased 0.9% after the U.S. FCC  paused its review of Tribune Media Company’s TRCO acquisition by Sinclair Broadcast

• NXP Semiconductors N.V.’s NXPI shares increased 0.3% on news that the European Union will approve the company’s acquisition by QUALCOMM Incorporated QCOM for around $39 billion

• Shares of Canadian Solar Inc. CSIQ fell 4.3% after projecting fourth quarter revenues in the range of $1.04 billion to $1.08 billion, lower than the previous guidance of $1.77 billion to $1.81 billion
