Yahoo Finance As Coronavirus impacts entertainment world, here's a list of TV shows and films that have been affected
As the coronavirus pandemic continues to take hold across the world, everyday life is being affected in all sorts of different ways - and even the world of showbiz has been impacted with many films and TV series being cancelled or delayed.
The first major project to be affected was latest James Bond movie No Time To Die which was due to be released this month but has since been postponed until at least November.
Elsewhere, Disney movies such as remake Little Mermaid have also been affected as well TV shows closer to home such as BBC’s Match of the Day.

So, here is a roundup from the world of entertainment of just what has been affected.
Fast & Furious 9
The seemingly unending Fast and Furious franchise has hit a snag recently when it was announced the latest instalment, which was due to be released next month was delayed until 2021.

Riverdale
The streaming world has not been immune from the virus with popular Netflix series Riverdale halting production on upcoming fourth series after a crew member came into contact with someone who had tested positive
A spokesman for series production company, Warner Bros said: “Out of an abundance of caution, production on Riverdale is currently suspended.”

A Quiet Place Part II
John Krasinski took to social media to let fans know his movie A Quiet Place Part II, which he wrote and stars in, has also been affected. He tweeted: “Due to the ever-changing circumstances of what’s going on in the world around us, now is clearly not the right time…I’m gonna wait to release the film til we CAN all see it together.”
Peter Rabbit 2
The release of the forthcoming sequel Peter Rabbit 2 has been postponed due to concerns over the coronavirus outbreak by producers Sony.
It had been set to hit UK and European cinemas on 27 March, and the US on 3 April.
It is now likely to be released 7 August.
It isn’t the only James Corden project affected.
The Late Late Show
Corden’s US chat show The Late Late Show which is filmed in front of a studio audience has been taken off air.
Taking to Twitter, Gavin and Stacey star Corden wrote: "After much deliberation we've decided to suspend The Late Late Show for the time being.
"We really explored every option to try and put a show on for you but right now feel the safest thing to do is to stop for a moment and take advice further down the line. Stay safe out there."

No Time To Die
Daniel Craig’s last outing as the iconic spy James Bond was one of the earlier project to be affected after it was announced it’s release was to be delayed from March until November.
A post on the official James Bond Twitter account read: “MGM, Universal and Bond producers, Michael G. Wilson and Barbara Broccoli, announced today that after careful consideration and thorough evaluation of the global theatrical marketplace, the release of NO TIME TO DIE will be postponed until November 2020.”
Disney movies including The Little Mermaid, Shang-Chi and The Legend of the Ten Rings and Home Alone
A statement released by Disney on 13 March said: “While there have been no confirmed cases of COVID-19 on our productions, after considering the current environment and the best interests of our cast and crew, we have made the decision to pause production on some of our live-action films for a short time. We will continue to assess the situation and restart as soon as feasible.”
Match of the Day
The Premier League highlights show hosted by Gary Lineker is part and parcel of many a football fan’s perfect Saturday night in.
However, with all Premier League and and English Football League games cancelled for the time being, there is no need for the show prompting the BBC to fill broadcast spot with repeats of sitcom Mrs Brown’s Boys - much to the chagrin of quite a few football fans.
Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway...?
Though this has not yet been officially cancelled, with the popular show relying heavily on a live studio audience, it could be canned should stricter crowd control measures be implemented.
Ant and Dec reference the virus throughout last night’s show, kicking off by washing their hands and exchanging foot shakes rather than the usual hand variety.
However, the episode on a sombre note, with the hosts signing off saying "We will hopefully be back here next Saturday night at 7pm. Have a great week - stay safe, everybody."
