Corrected-Santander UK Group Holdings mandates banks for bond

NEW YORK, Oct (HKSE: 3366-OL.HK - news) 13 (IFR) - Santander UK Group Holdings has mandated banks for a US dollar-denominated bond deal to price on Tuesday, just weeks after a US unit of the bank pulled a planned offering.
Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays (LSE: BARC.L - news) , HSBC and Santander are leading the deal.
On September 28 Santander Holdings USA pulled a two-part bond offering with three and five-year maturities. Citi, JP Morgan (Other OTC: MGHL - news) , Santander and UBS (NYSEArca: FBGX - news) had been mandated for that trade. (Reporting by Mike Gambale; Editing by Natalie Harrison and Marc Carnegie)
