« Document de référence 2016 » of Crédit Agricole S.A.

Crédit Agricole S.A. informs the public that the French version of its « Document de référence 2016 » has been registered with the French Financial Market Authority (AMF) on March 21, 2017, under number D.17-0197.

This document is available on the website of Crédit Agricole S.A. at: https://www.credit-agricole.com/finance/finance/publications-financieres as well as on the website of the AMF. The English version will be published in the next few days.

In accordance with articles 212-13, 221-1 and 222-3 of the AMF`s General Regulations, the Registration Document includes the following information:

• the annual financial statement;

• the report of the Chairman of the Board of Directors on the preparation and organisation of the Board`s work, internal control and risk management, as well as the statutory auditors` report;

• the information related to the fees paid to statutory auditors.

It is available to the public free of charge under conditions provided by regulations.
