cyan AG supports MTEL in its expansion to Germany and Switzerland
Munich, 3. March 2021 - cyan and MTEL have decided to extend their contract to cover Germany and Switzerland after years of successful cooperation in Austria. The existing seamless BSS/OSS platform will be significantly expanded by mid-2022. The envisaged additional end customer base will be multiplied in comparison to Austria.

The services are the result of the use of state-of-the-art technologies, careful identification of global trends, the enthusiasm and knowledge of young, highly educated and creative experts, the vast experience of the management and close cooperation with successful telecommunications companies such as Telekom Serbia and Telekom Austria,
The services are available at all MTEL shops in Austria, as well as partner distribution branches in more than 200 point of sales for postpaid services and more than 12,000 points of sale for prepaid services.
Today, the group of companies has more than 50 international customers, through which cyan products are sold to approximately 50 million end customers. cyan can offer products along the entire value chain from platform, data optimization to cyber security. In addition, cyan operates its own Research & Development Centre with the aim of identifying trends in the industry at an early stage and developing optimal product solutions. In December 2018, cyan was able to win a global group contract with Orange in an international tendering process. cyan's cooperation partners include the world's leading insurance broker Aon or Magenta Telekom.
