Yahoo Finance Footballer Kevin Kilbane engaged to 'Dancing On Ice' partner Brianne Delcourt in whirlwind romance
Dancing On Ice partners Brianne Delcourt and Kevin Kilbane are engaged, just four months after meeting through the show.
The 43-year-old former-footballer-turned-sports-pundit went down on one knee during a romantic meal, while celebrating the professional skater’s birthday.
Delcourt, 39, is seen looking shocked in a clip of the proposal on her Instagram stories before the couple share a kiss.

In another post of the happy couple Delcourt shows off her sparkling engagement ring and wrote: “He was worth the wait. Kev, you’ve made me the happiest girl in the world. You’re my fairytale ending.”
The pair were eliminated from ITV skating show Dancing On Ice on Sunday evening, but Kilbane told hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield that he was happy to have found love with Delcourt.
Kilbane told OK! magazine in early January: “There was an attraction with Brianne the first time I met. But it was way more than that. Everything clicked. I asked her on a date after a week of knowing her, but she said no.”
Delcourt added: “There is no comparison of Kevin to the guys I used to date. He’s perfect and my best friend.”
Kilbane played for the Republic of Ireland’s national football team between 1997 and 2011 during his soccer career, as well as several English clubs including Everton, Coventry City and Sunderland. He split from his wife of 12 years, Laura, in 2011. They have two daughters - Elsie, 15, and Isla, 14.

Canadian skater Delcourt, who joined Dancing On Ice in 2010, has previously dated EastEnders star Matt Lapinskas after they were partnered up on the show in 2013.
She is a single mother to three-year-old Gracie Isabella but has never revealed the identity of her father.
