COPENHAGEN (Reuters) - Denmark's economy is expected to grow 3.8% next year, its highest growth rate in 15 years, the finance ministry said in a report on Thursday.

"The Danish economy is on its way back with the prospect of the highest growth in 15 years," Finance Minister Nicolai Wammen said.

"A strong and rapid restart is emerging, where we will already catch up next year with the setback we have experienced during corona."

The ministry expected the economy to grow by 2.1% this year.
