Yahoo Finance Dermot O'Leary announces arrival of baby boy with sweet photo
Congratulations are in order for The X Factor and BBC Radio 2 star Dermot O'Leary and his wife Dee Koppang.
The host made the announcement on his Instagram page, sharing a photo of a babygrow that featured the words 'Koppang O'Leary Productions Est 2020'.
"Welcome to the world baby Koppang O'Leary...," he wrote. "We're delighted to announce that we've had a baby!

"A little boy born on Tuesday 23rd June 2020 (Sankthansaften / Midsummer for you Norwegians) at 8.19am, weighing in at 6lb 13oz. Enjoying the cuddles in the newborn bubble... cats yet to be 100% convinced. Lots of love, Dermot and Dee."
Years ago, he was quoted as saying: "I definitely want kids, but I've got a very busy wife with a very busy life.
"It's not fair for me to say, 'I want kids now'. I do want kids with my wife, but I want them when we both think it's the right thing to happen."
With The X Factor announced as taking this year off before the coronavirus pandemic became a pandemic, 2020 definitely seemed like the best time for them to start a family.
At the time of writing, the pair have not revealed the name of their child.
Back last year, Dermot launched a new podcast called People, Just People, which features him having more informal chats with a wide range of folks from the public eye.
