Dermot O'Leary has a secret connection to Bridgerton
Dermot O'Leary has revealed he has a secret connection to Bridgerton - and that he knows what happens next!
The subject of the upcoming series has been the subject of much discussion, following an explosive few weeks for the show.
Last month it was announced that the Duke of Hasting, Regé-Jean Page, would not be returning, but it was also confirmed that Bridgerton had been renewed for a third and fourth series. It's not all taking and no giving, right?

Somewhat unexpectedly, it turns out that Dermot O'Leary knows more than most about what's in store. Speaking on This Morning, Dermot let slip that he had inside information on Bridgerton. How? Because his wife worked on the show.
"I have to confess here, my wife worked on it and she was the second unit director," he explained.
His wife Dee is a seasoned producer and director, having also worked on The Crown and the incredible London 2012 Olympics opening ceremony.
"There are many books about the Bridgerton series, and each central character of the series will be the central character per book.
"So the first book was The Duke & I, which is about the Duke and Duchess of Hastings, the next one is The Viscount Who Loved Me, which is Anthony Bridgerton, played by the brilliant Jonathan Bailey."
Series two of the hit Netflix show is currently filming, and will hopefully be on our screens next year. We can't wait.
