FRANKFURT (Reuters) -Deutsche Bank, Germany's largest lender, has a new big shareholder, a regulatory filing showed on Monday.

Capital Group holds 3.04% of the bank, up from 0.1% previously, the disclosure showed.

Capital Group and Deutsche Bank declined to comment.

The U.S. investor had a stake of more than 5% in Deutsche Bank before selling it down considerably, starting in 2022, filings show.

Deutsche Bank shares traded 0.6% lower late on Monday.

Capital Group was also once a top shareholder of Germany's Commerzbank before selling down its stake.
