Dish out your fantasy football league punishments virtually by using augmented reality

2020 has been an unprecedented year for all of us in so many ways. We haven’t been able to live life the way we normally would, and that includes something as simple as being able to get together with your fantasy football league-mates.

It’s been an NFL season like no other and playing fantasy has been no different, whether it’s waiting to see if a game is going to be rescheduled or if you’ll have to shuffle up your roster at the very last minute. And now that we’re wrapping up the fantasy football playoffs, another key aspect of the game is no doubt being affected by this year: League punishments!

We can’t really punish fantasy losers this year the way we normally would, but don’t worry — we’ve got you covered.

Thanks to augmented reality, we’re giving you a virtual way to celebrate (and embarrass) those last-place finishers — sorry to the losers, but you’re not getting away with your bottom-of-the-barrel standing scot-free!

  • Press “allow” (this prompt should come up multiple times)

  • Place the object in your space, use your fingers to resize and rotate in augmented reality

  • To take a photo of what you’re seeing, tap on the screen and a camera icon will appear
