Dolly Varden Silver Announces Issuance of Stock Options

VANCOUVER, BC--(Marketwired - February 26, 2015) - Dolly Varden Silver Corporation (TSX VENTURE: DV) (DOLLF) ("Dolly Varden" or the "Company") announces that its Board of Directors has approved the grant of 2,150,000 stock options to directors, officers, employees, and consultants pursuant to the Company's approved stock option plan. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.07 per share, and will vest in accordance with TSX Venture Exchange rules. 500,000 options have a term of two years and the remainder have terms of five years. The issuance of options is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
