Gays, assemble! Drag Fest Ireland is returning in 2023 with a lineup of incredible acts.

This year, it’s taking over the National Stadium in Dublin, where you can once again celebrate all your favourite kings and queens. Held on May 27, the event will consist of a variety of performances, including but not limited to dance, music and comedy.

Loads of iconic names from all over the world will join some of your favourite local performers in showcasing their talent on stage. Among others, the event will be headlined by the beloved queen Anetra, alongside other international stars like Jan, Sminty Drop, Lawrence Chaney, Cheddar Gorgeous and many other Drag Race alums.

The list of Irish talents performing is equally exciting. Next to Anesthesia Gold and Annie Naggins, you can enjoy seeing Ariana Grindr, Carl Connielingus, Donna Fella, Naomi Diamond, Phil T Gorgeous, Viola Gayvis and many more.

Aside from the shows, there are also going to be Meet and Greets, where you can have a chat with your favourite performer. Another highlight is the drag market, where you can get everything you need to bring the spectacle home. Of course, there will also be the opportunity to load up on food, so please, eat and leave no crumbs!

The event is being hosted by Kids Klub, the self-proclaimed “home to the UK’s most entertaining” drag shows and events, and DFIU Events, based in Belfast.

After the great success of the first Drag Fest Ireland in 2022 we are back again for another year!” organiser Kyle Devine-Clarke revealed to GCN.

“We are so excited to be back in Dublin again this year to bring you Ireland’s biggest drag show featuring more than 20+ Drag Artists from all over the world. Expect a full day of entertainment, surprises and all around good vibes.”
