During the summer, everyone is after that sun-kissed, slightly flushed look. While avoiding a sunburn at all costs should always be everyone’s number-one priority, skin care brand Drunk Elephant is making that elusive summer flush easier than ever to achieve — no UV rays required.

The latest launch from the fan-favorite brand is O-Bloos Rosi Drops, which is essentially a good-for-your-skin blush. I have been singing Drunk Elephant’s praises ever since I started using its products on my fair, sensitive skin, so to say I was excited to try this blush would be an understatement.

According to the brand, the product is a “concentrated liquid that delivers a rosy wash of color to the skin in a few drops while supporting the skin barrier with omega fatty acids.” Omega is what the “O” in O-Bloos stands for!

Packed full of vitamins F and E, virgin marula oil, Matrixyl 3000 peptide blend and more, this formula is meant to both fortify and blush your skin. While you can pat it on your cheeks with your fingers, Drunk Elephant is known for its skin “smoothies,” or mixing its products with each other. So you can also add a few drops of O-Bloos to your serum, oil or cream for an all-over rosy glow.

The brand also offers D-Bronzi Anti-Pollution Bronzing Drops, so you can even mix a little D-Bronzi with O-Bloos for a hint of bronze! I personally like to dab a little O-Bloos from the apples of my cheeks up almost to my temples for a slightly flushed glow.

And using O-Bloos couldn’t be easier. Simply shake the bottle before adding a few drops to your moisturizer or pop a few drops right onto your cheeks and then blend. The brand describes the color as “watercolor-light,” and I think that is spot-on. At first, the color is very sheer, but it’s easy to build. I actually appreciate how subtle this blush starts out because, while it’s always easy to add more, taking off blush can be tricky.

The product doesn’t have a scent, which I also love, and it has a beautiful shimmer to it. It is not glittery by any means, but it’s almost as if your favorite highlighter were crushed up and added to the blush’s formula. The end result is a warm, almost-rose-gold flush that looks natural and feels like it’s not even there — just what the summer calls for.

You can snag your own bottle of O-Bloos on Drunk Elephant’s website right now; you can also shop the brand’s other products at Sephora.
