Yahoo Finance Dua Lipa looks like a punk regency bride in her BRITS afterparty dress
After shaking up the BRIT Awards with an electric performance, a rousing speech about fair pay for NHS workers, and scoring two big wins, Dua Lipa was ready to celebrate. She just shared an Insta gallery of what looks like her crew's after party pre-drinks - and she wore a majjjor look to toast the evening in.
For the BRITS red carpet, Lipa wore a stunning buttery yellow Vivienne Westwood gown, with purple fishnet overlay lending it a sexy punk feel. She added sheer thigh-high stockings, Westwood's signature tall platforms, and a Marie Antoinette bouffant. The finishing touch? A triple layer Westwood pearl orb choker - the pop star version of the one that's been getting hyped on TikTok all year.
She carried over elements of this look for the rest of her night - she kept the hair, the regency pearls, and the black stockings and shoes. But she swapped her gown for a white satin bustier-style minidress, and wow. From the shape, it appears to another Westwood piece - and she looks every bit the regency punk bride in it. Kind of like what Daphne Bridgerton might have worn on her wedding night, if she grew up listening to the Sex Pistols and had a tumblr account.

Vivienne Westwood herself even commented "GOD SAVE THE 👑" on one of Lipa's posts from the night. How incredible does she look? Only, there are no wedding bells to accompany the look (that we know of!). Just happy mirror selfies with friends, and most likely a big "cheers" to a night where so many female artists took home top prizes.
