Eastman Board Declares Dividend

KINGSPORT, Tenn., May 04, 2023--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE:EMN) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.79 per share on the company's common stock.

The dividend is payable July 7, 2023, to stockholders of record as of June 15, 2023.
