Eastman Board Declares Dividend

KINGSPORT, Tenn., May 02, 2024--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of Eastman Chemical Company (NYSE:EMN) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.81 per share on the company's common stock.

The dividend is payable July 9, 2024, to stockholders of record as of June 17, 2024.
