The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), rated Aaa/AAA/AAA (with stable outlook), has mandated BofA Securities, Credit Agricole CIB and Morgan Stanley for a new USD denominated 5-year Fixed Rate Global (SEC Exempt) Benchmark Environmental Sustainability Bond under EBRD’s Green Bond Programme. The transaction will be launched in the near future, subject to market conditions. The manufacturer target markets (MIFID II product governance) are Professional Clients, Eligible Counterparties & Retail (all distribution channels).
