The combined shareholders` meeting of EDF will be held on 18 May 2017 at 10 am at Salle Pleyel, 252 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 75008 Paris.

The preliminary notice comprising the agenda was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires n° 32 on 15 March 2017. The final version of the draft resolutions to be submitted to the shareholders` meeting is published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires n°49 on 24 April 2017. Conditions for participating and voting at the shareholders` meeting are described in this notice.
