THE ELECTION COMMITTEE'S PROPOSAL FOR THE ELECTION OF CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF NORWEGIAN FINANCE HOLDING ASA

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement February 15, 2018 and notice of Extraordinary General Meeting announced February 20, 2018.

The Election Committee proposes that the general meeting elects Bjørn Østbø as chairman of the board of directors of Norwegian Finans Holding for a period until the Annual General Meeting in 2020.

Bjørn Østbø (53) has his education from the Norwegian School of Economics. Østbø is a board member including in Folketrygdfondet, Helse Bergen and the University of Bergen. He was temporary managing director of Silver Pensjonsforsikring AS under public administration in 2017-18. He has previously been Executive Vice President of DNB, CEO of Vital Forsikring and Vital Eiendom, and executive at First Securities and Elcon Securities.
