Elizabeth Hurley’s latest bikini video is so steamy, even her exes are taking notice.

While the 54-year-old actress and swimsuit designer’s new Instagram post — which features her slowly rolling around by the pool in a white-and-black-striped bikini as “Perfect Day” plays — had one fan making jokes at ex Hugh Grant’s expense, it was another former lover who couldn’t resist commenting.

“Back scratch?” quipped Australian cricket star Shane Warne, who was engaged to Hurley from 2011 to 2013. The retired sportsman added a trio of laugh-crying emojis.

“Bet Hugh Grant is gutted,” joked another commenter. Hurley dated the English actor for 13 years, from 1987 to 2000, and it was her daring safety pin-fastened Versace gown at the 1994 premiere of his breakthrough film, Four Weddings and a Funeral, which skyrocketed her own career.
