  • Emma Stone just sold her Los Angeles home.

  • The four-bedroom, four-bathroom house was listed for nearly $3.95 million and sold for $4.3 million.

  • The listing gives a peek at Stone's colorful interior design style.

Just months after her home-improvement drama series "The Curse" premiered on Showtime, Emma Stone got into the actual real-estate game.

She recently listed her four-bedroom home in the Comstock Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles with Eric Lavey of Sotheby's International Realty - Beverly Hills Brokerage for $3.995 million. On Tuesday, Sotheby's revealed the house sold for $4.3 million.

According to The Wall Street Journal, Stone bought the home in 2019 and renovated it. She likely spent time in the house with her husband, Dave McCary, as they were engaged by the end of 2019. The couple also welcomed their daughter, Louise Jean McCary, in 2021.

Since Stone sold her house in LA, she may be spending less time in California overall. According to the Journal, she owns a home in Austin.

Take a look inside Stone's former home.

The house looks fairly humble from the exterior, with a large yard and a front gate that attaches to the house.

Both the gate to the home and the driveway are sage green, coordinating with the shutters on the home's front windows.

According to the listing, the 3,276-acre home was built in 1926.

The home's open living room has a colorful aesthetic. Its white walls and hardwood floors are decorated with a teal couch, pink throw pillows, and statement art pieces.

The ceiling features green tiles, coordinating with the fireplace's hearth.

The home's large kitchen also has a colorful stove.

The double-vaulted kitchen is large and airy, and it's covered in wall-to-wall cabinetry for ample storage.

It also features a pop of color with a blue oven, tying it to the bright living area.

Though the home was built nearly 100 years ago, the listing notes that it was recently renovated, so it has modern amenities.

The home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, according to the listing.

The bedrooms and bathrooms in the home are colorful, too, featuring bright wallpaper and paint, as shown on the listing. One of the bathrooms features a clawfoot tub overlooking the veranda.

Like the rest of the house, the room is colorful, as the walls feature green, patterned wallpaper. A curved ceiling light fixture adds to the cute space.

Stone also appears to have a penchant for dog decor.

A room in her house is decorated entirely with portraits of pups, though the hues of the couch and lamps in the room coordinate with the rest of the colorful house.

The home features a balcony as well, according to its listing.

The property also features a separate guesthouse.

According to the listing, the guesthouse — which was recently added to the property — has its own kitchen, living room, and laundry room, making it fully functional as an independent space.

Stone listed the house for $3.995 million, and it sold for over the asking price.

The house sold for $4.3 million, which isn't the most Stone has made on one of her properties.

In 2022, she listed a home she owned in Malibu for $4.295 million, The Wall Street Journal reported. According to People, the house, which had views of the Pacific Ocean, sold for $200,000 over the asking price.
