Erin Napier's Daughter Helen Broke Her Tibia and Fibula at the Park

This morning, Home Town's Erin Napier took to social media to share that her daughter Helen has broken her leg. "A fun day at the park turned into a fully broken tibia and fibula when she stepped wrong at the end of a slide," Napier wrote in the caption of the post. The two long bones in the lower leg connect the knee and ankle, according to Boston Children's Hospital.

In the caption, Erin goes on to express how grateful she is to have her husband Ben beside her (including sharing nights on the floor by Helen's crib), "when parenting during a pandemic gets even more nerve-racking." Erin shared a black and white image of one of those nights sleeping by Helen's crib.

In the other photo that Erin posted, Helen is holding a blue and pink stuffed animal and her legs are elevated on two pillows. Her cast, which stretches from her foot to the bottom of her knee, is a bright pink color.
