European Energy A/S (the "Company") hereby announces that it has received the approval from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (in Danish: Finanstilsynet) of a prospectus prepared for the admittance to trading and official listing on Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S of its issue of EUR 300,000,000 senior unsecured green bonds due 2025 (the "Bonds").

The Bonds will be listed on Nasdaq Copenhagen A/S with the first trading day expected to be on 8 October 2021.
