Everything you need to know about Sweaty Betty's new Strava challenge

From Runner's World

Sweaty Betty fans, listen up - the sportswear brand have teamed up with Strava to reward you for being active this month.

Starting on Thursday 3 December, all you need to do is move for a total of eight hours over the next 21 days to receive 20% off some new running kit, and the chance to win a £1000 Sweaty Betty voucher.

All you need to do is join the free Strava challenge and record at least eight hours of runs, walks, swims, bike rides, home workouts, yoga sessions or time spent surfing (a full list of activities that qualify are available on the terms and conditions on the Strava challenge). You must live in the UK and abide by all the local Covid restrictions when recording your activities.

On completion of the challenge, you'll be asked for your email address to get your 20% off code and the chance to win £1000. Competition winners will be contacted on Thursday 24 December.

Sweaty Betty write, 'Looking after our minds is just as important as looking after our bodies. And as we head into winter, nurturing our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing has never been more important. So, for 8 hours, over 21 days, we want you to spend more time looking after YOU. Whether that's running, cycling, meditating, yoga or simply going for a walk, let's MOVE together and be kind to our minds and our bodies.'
