Yahoo Finance Exclusive: Neighbours star Jemma Donovan on Harlow and Brent heartbreak

Neighbours star Jemma Donovan has revealed that she'd like to see Brent Colefax become a permanent character on the soap.
This week's episodes on Channel 5 see Texas Watterston reprise his role as Brent, who's the long-distance boyfriend of Jemma's character Harlow Robinson.
Brent pays a trip back to Erinsborough after completing his army training, but is stunned to discover how much Harlow has changed in his absence.
Speaking exclusively to Digital Spy about the chances of Brent joining permanently, Jemma commented: "I love working with Texas. I think he's got so much to offer for Brent as well and I think the character's so interesting.

"There's a real depth to the character as well and I think how he's evolved is a great story in itself.
"I think it'd be great to have Texas join the cast, it'd be fabulous."
Upcoming scenes for UK fans see Brent make the difficult decision to end his relationship with Harlow as he's not a fan of the new ruthless edge to her personality.
Reflecting on the split, Jemma added: "I think they've gone different paths. I think Brent needs to sort himself out, she needs to sort herself out.

"I don't think she's in a place where she should be with someone anyway. She is upset and it does bring a bit of 'human' back to the character, having that.
"It's an interesting one, but I do think it plays out quite nicely and it's a great storyline to tell. She does need to be on her own, sort herself out, and figure out what she wants to do and how she wants to go about things, especially in her headspace at the moment."
