Whether you fancy living in a landmark Victorian building or prefer an Art Deco gem, all these apartments share an industrial heritage and are on the market right now.

For over a century, Horlicks was made here then shipped around the world, but production of the malted milk drink ceased after the brand was sold in 2018. Wake up and smell the coffee as the Nestle factory – where Nescafe and the Milky Bar were produced until 2015 – is being transformed into a new residential village of more than 1,300 homes, next to the Grand Union canal.
