Yahoo Finance After We Fell skips UK cinemas for Amazon release
Amazon Prime Video has landed the exclusive UK rights to After We Collided sequel After We Fell.
The move means that the YA romance film – once again starring Josephine Langford as Tessa Young and Hero Fiennes Tiffin as Hardin Scott – and its follow-up After Ever Happy will skip cinemas in the UK, as well as France.

"After the hugely successful launch last year of After We Collided on Prime Video, we are thrilled to announce that we will make the two next chapters of the After franchise available exclusively to Prime members," commented Prime Video's head of European content Chris Bird.
"We're delighted to offer the first release of both these highly anticipated movies in the UK and France and know our Prime members are eagerly awaiting the next round of Tessa and Hardin's love story."
After We Collided – itself a sequel to 2019's After, based on the Anna Todd novel of the same name – became one of the surprise cinematic hits of last year, despite the pandemic restrictions.

After We Fell starts with Tessa preparing to relocate to Seattle for her dream job.
Jealous over this, Hardin's unpredictable behaviour threatens to end their relationship, but things get even worse when Tessa's father reappears and some shocking revelations about Hardin's family emerge.
The official synopsis teases: "Ultimately, Tessa and Hardin must decide if their love is worth fighting for or if it's time to go their separate ways."
Release dates for After We Fell and After Ever Happy are not yet known.
