Michael Wolff's divisive book on the Trump administration Fire and Fury: Inside the Trump White House will get the TV treatment.

The news was announced on Wednesday by The Hollywood Reporter.

Endeavor Content - the partnership between William Morris Endeavor and IMG - bought the rights to Wolff's tell-all.

While there's no network attached to the forthcoming series, Wolff will executive produce the show with Channel 4 and BBC executive Michael Jackson.

Fire and Fury came out on January 9.

The expose revealed a behind-the-scenes look at Donald Trump's first year through Wolff's eyes, ears and White House access.

Wolff and former White House adviser and book source Steve Bannon came under fire by Trump upon the book's release.

Bannon has since left his post at Breitbart News because of his statements in Fire and Fury.

HBO was originally supposed to air a series about the 2016 election, but the project was cancelled amidst sexual misconduct allegations against co-author Mark Halperin, who was set to write the script.

Judging by the hype surrounding the print version of Fire and Fury, the TV series will likely be explosive.
