OR YEHUDA, Israel (AP) _ Formula Systems (1985) Ltd. (FORTY) on Tuesday reported fourth-quarter earnings of $10.6 million.

On a per-share basis, the Or Yehuda, Israel-based company said it had net income of 70 cents. Earnings, adjusted for non-recurring gains, were 53 cents per share.

The information technology company posted revenue of $393.7 million in the period.

For the year, the company reported profit of $32.2 million, or $2.13 per share. Revenue was reported as $1.49 billion.

Formula Systems shares have climbed 18 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 17 percent in the last 12 months.
