There’s a great bunch of money-saving deals and discounts for you to grab this week, including a a free pint of Asahi, a fifth off shoes and tips on claiming Premium Bond prizes.

But don’t forget, a bargain is only a good deal if you were planning to splash out on it anyway.

You can get a free pint of Asahi beer at All Bar One, just by applying for a voucher.

To get a voucher, go here. You simply have to enter your name and email and then you’ll be sent a voucher to be used at your nearest All Bar One bar while the offer lasts.

A fifth off Clarks footwear

Clarks has an offer at the moment of 20% off all its full-price shoes and boots. It’s available in stores or online here, when you use the code AUTUMN18, but only until midnight on Monday 1 October.

Cutting the cost of washing tablets?

There’s a new washing tablet subscription service that claims that by cutting out the middleman and delivering direct, you could save up to 50% on your normal brand price.

You can try Smol just by paying £1 to cover postage and packaging for nine capsules.

Tip of the week

There are more than 1.5 million Premium Bond prizes remaining unclaimed, points out Rosie Bannister of MoneySavingExpert.

There are even five unclaimed prizes worth £100,000 so if you have Premium Bonds it’s obviously worth checking to see if you’ve won some cash you didn’t know about, she says.

“In total, the unclaimed Premium Bond prizes are worth more than £60m,” Rosie reports.

“The oldest unclaimed prize dates back to the sixth-ever Premium Bonds draw in November 1957 – it’s worth £25.”
