1. Tangy fruit chaat

Fresh is the operative word for this fruit chaat recipe. Begin by adding tangerine slices, grapes, diced mangoes, diced apples, blueberries and pomegranate seeds to a large dish. Next, sprinkle on some chaat masala powder and dried mango powder. Then add a drizzle of imli pani (Indian tamarind water), followed by a generous pour of orange juice. Thoroughly combine the fruit and seasonings, then garnish with mint leaves before serving.

2. Creamy fruit chaat

If you enjoy yogurt with your fruit, you’ll definitely want to try this creamy fruit chaat. First, beat together whipped cream, sugar, condensed milk and chaat masala powder until the consistency reaches a soft peak. Next, combine the creamy whipped dressing with your chosen assortment of chopped fruits. Top off the dish with crushed pistachios, almonds, raisins and pomegranate seeds. Finally, chill and enjoy!

3. Potato fruit chaat

Fruit chaat takes a savory turn in this recipe. Start by combining diced potatoes, clarified butter (butter without water and milk proteins), salt and red chili powder in a mixing bowl. Next, air fry the mix at 380 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 15 minutes. Then add diced mangoes, diced apples and kiwis, followed by roasted peanuts, raisins, black pepper powder and lime juice. Finally, top it off with cilantro before serving.

4. Fruit chaat with mango pulp

Mangoes have the starring role in this fruit chaat recipe. First, mix together chopped mangoes, cantaloupe, banana slices, diced kiwi, strawberry slices, chopped pears, halved grapes and pomegranate seeds in a bowl. Next, sprinkle on some sugar, salt and pepper. Then add a generous amount of mango pulp, completely coating the fruit. Finally, top off the fruit chaat with crushed walnuts and enjoy!

5. Fruit chaat tarts

These tarts are like bite-sized bowls of fruit chaat. Begin by adding diced apples, kiwis, banana slices, pomegranate seeds, chopped grapes, diced strawberries and cooked macaroni to a mixing bowl. Next, dress the fruit with a combination of mango juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice and chaat masala before transferring it to tart crusts. Finally, top off the tarts with a blend of yogurt, cream and condensed milk. Then garnish with chaat masala, sliced dates, crushed almonds, raisins and strawberry slices.
