Gü’s Head Chef, Fred Ponnavoy has been a trained patisserie chef for over 33 years, and has drawn on an authentic French recipe in the creation of the latest pudding from the iconic dessert brand, and we can't wait to try them!
Gü Milk Chocolate Mousse with Caramelised Biscuit is inspired by the traditional French delicacy of accompanying chocolate mousse with a small biscuit and promises: "sumptuous, mouth-watering milk chocolate mousse with a crunchy caramelised biscuit base, for the ultimate sensorial experience."
Yum.
It's joining the brand's Mousse range, alongside delicious existing flavours like Milk Chocolate Mousse with Ganache, Dark Chocolate Mousse with Salted Caramel and Dark Chocolate Mousse with Ganache.
We think the biscuit addition is a real game changer.
Gü Milk Chocolate Mousse with Caramelised Biscuit will be available in Waitrose stores from 10 May RRP £3.40. Before rolling out in other supermarkets in the coming months.
