German police arrest two people suspected of spying for Russia, Spiegel says
BERLIN, April 18 (Reuters) - German police have arrested two people suspected of scouting targets for sabotage operations on Russia's behalf, including a U.S. military facility where Ukrainian soldiers are being trained, Spiegel magazine reported on Thursday.
The main suspect is the 39-year-old German-Russian national Dieter S., who is said to have scouted out facilities of the U.S. armed forces in Germany together with an accomplice who was also arrested, the German-Russian Alexander J., Spiegel said.
