Very cool celebrity couple Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik's daughter Khai turned one over the weekend, and her family took to social media to mark the occasion.
It's somehow been a whole year since Gigi, 26, and Zayn, 28, revealed the happy news that they had welcomed their first child together. "Our girl joined us earth-side this weekend and she’s already changed our world. So in love," the model wrote with the first picture of Khai, back in September 2020.
Since then, Gigi has shared snippets into their life as a family of three with photos and interviews. Now, her family have shared sweet tributes to Khai to celebrate her turning one.
Along with a gallery of photos, Gigi's sister Bella wrote, "Happy Birthday to the greatest gift our family has ever been blessed with…. I didn’t know my heart could grow this big!!!!
"You make me smile when I’m sad and make me cry of happiness just because ur alive. I can’t wait to watch you grow into the most perfect specimen of all @gigihadid @zayn thank you for my forever best friend ❤️🔥"
Gigi's mum Yolanda also shared a post of her own. "Happy first birthday to our Angel Khai…. No words can express how much love and joy you have brought into our lives in just one year…
"I had to grow a whole other heart to absorb it all, you are such a magical little being that brings us smiles and blessings everyday. Thank you to your incredible mamma @gigihadid and bubba @zayn for the greatest gift of life!! #Khai."
So far, neither Gigi or Zayn have shared any snaps of Khai to celebrate, but they're probably too busy blowing up balloons for a real-life celebration!
