This Guy Made A Kinder Toastie On TikTok And Now We’re Obviously Obsessed With It

Toasties are by no means a new thing – we’ve been using a Breville sandwich toaster since before you were born, son. But that doesn’t mean we can’t get wildly excited every time someone puts something unexpected in their toasties.

When you think of toasted sandwiches, you typically think of cheese, cheese and ham, cheese and tomato, and – if you’re really treating yourself – cheese, ham AND tomato. But instead of savoury toasties, we’re now obsessed with sweet toasties – especially this Kinder version.

Yup – thanks to The Metro, we know about this guy making tasty little Kinder chocolate toastie pockets on TikTok, and now it’s all we can do not to run to the shops to buy a thousand loaves of that lovely plastic white bread and a year’s supply of Kinder chocolate bars.

TikTokker @adrainghervan is no stranger to sharing food hacks on his page, but this is the one that’s really got us excited. And the best part is, it’s so damn easy, anyone can do it. Well, anyone with a toaster…

He starts by getting two slices of white bread and placing some of that crazy-tasty Kinder chocolate (the bars with the creamy white filling) into the centre between the two bits of bread. Now – this is the clever bit – he uses a glass to cut out a circle shape around the chocolate. But not only does the glass give him the most satisfyingly perfect circle shape, but it also seals the edges so you don’t lose any of that delicious filling. Into the toaster it goes, and there you have it: the gooiest, ooziest chocolate toastie pockets you ever did see!

Of course, you could use any sweet or savoury filling you like, but we have to admit, this Kinder one is really doing it for us.
