Gwyneth Paltrow's children send her spreadsheet of desired Christmas presents

Gwyneth Paltrow finds Christmas shopping for her children easy because they send her a spreadsheet of what they want.

The Iron Man actress likes to start her Christmas shopping early every year, and although she struggles with what to buy her husband Brad Falchuk, she has no problem with her two teenage children.

"I am disciplined about it," she told People about gift giving. "I make it a project. Brad can be hard to shop for. I'm getting him a wellness thing this year. My kids are super easy, because now they send me like an Excel spreadsheet of what they want!"

The Goop founder, who shares daughter Apple, 17, and son Moses, 15, with ex-husband Chris Martin, always makes the same Christmas dinner, but Falchuk has suggested mixing it up a little for Christmas Day this year.

"We always listen to the Frank Sinatra Christmas album and I cook the same thing - roast turkey, creamed spinach, mashed potatoes and my grandmother's stuffing. Although this year, Brad was like, 'Does anyone really like turkey?' So I might make something else in addition!" she added.

The 49-year-old, who married Falchuk in 2018, admitted to the publication that she felt like she was about "to crash" after an "intense" few weeks of juggling her business, organising Christmas and being a mum and was ready to take time off to recharge.
