Havila Shipping ASA: Key date announcement

Reference is made to the notice of the extraordinary general meeting of the Company (EGM) to be held on 3 January 2018 as announced on 6 December 2017.

In connection with the proposed consolidation (reverse share split) of shares in the ratio of 100:1, please note the following key dates, which are subject to the EGM resolution on 3 January 2018:

3 January 2018: EGM to be held, last day of trading of unconsolidated shares

4 January 2018: First day of trading of consolidated shares (no account to account transactions or transactions with settlement prior to 8 January 2018)

5 January 2018: VPS record date

8 January 2018: Date of delivery of the consolidated shares in VPS and first day of ordinary trading of the consolidated shares

The number of consolidated shares issued to each beneficial owner listed in the VPS on the record date will be rounded down to the nearest whole number. The surplus shares will be sold over the stock exchange, and the proceeds will be donated to charity. For further details, please see the summons to the EGM.
