Reference is made to Stock Exchange release on 14.11.2017 regarding Capital increase after debt Conversion.

As per today, 16.11.2017, a total of 124,206,350 new shares will be listed at Oslo Stock Exchange as a result of completion of the transactions.
The number of listed shares increases from 1,766,555,850 to 1,890,762,200, each at par value of NOK 0.01.
