Heidi Klum, 48, Flaunts Her Toned Legs And Abs In A New BTS IG Video

Heidi Klum is no stranger to catwalks. The 48-year-old supermodel has been slaying the runway for years—and in a new Instagram post, she turned a rooftop into her latest runway as she shared a behind-the-scenes look at a video shoot she was working on.

In the clip, she's serving the camera some looks while strutting to "Fire for You" by Cannons. Heidi is rocking some thigh-high leather boots paired with sheer tights and a black-and-white bodysuit, looking extra strong and fierce.

"Walking into Monday like ….🖤😎🎬," she captioned the vid.

To get her legs and bod so strong, Heidi likes to get in some workouts with ankle weights. Heidi shared some vids of herself doing some leg and booty work (like bicycle kicks) on her IG back in July 2021 while wearing them during a workout with her hubby Tom Kaulitz, according to Eat This, Not That!

And she also likes to run, preferably outdoors, when she gets the chance. "My favorite workout is a long run along the Westside Highway, which stretches along the Hudson River in New York City," she previously told Glamour. "It's a beautiful path, and you always feel surrounded by such an amazing community. You see the same people running every morning, and they inspire me to keep going."

But Heidi is no fan of the treadmill: “I have a treadmill that’s really great, but it sits there unused,” she told us. “I don’t have time for it.”

As for her nutrition, Heidi likes to eat wholesome, fresh foods. Her breakfast is usually three organic scrambled egg whites with spinach, green peppers, spring onions, and parsley, and a small bowl of fresh fruit, with a side of tea, she shared with us. And dinner is usually salmon with lemon and garlic and a mixed green salad with broccoli and cucumber dressed with a little olive oil. But she doesn't skip dessert...she'll end her day with yogurt, fresh sorbet, or 70% dark chocolate.
