Last day for processing requests by CDI (Berlin: CDD.BE - news) holders to convert CDIs into ordinary shares before the record date for the 2012 interim dividend	24 August (Sydney time)
CDIs begin trading on the ASX (Other OTC: ATKEF.PK - news) on an ex-dividend basis	27 August
Ordinary shares begin trading on the LSE on an ex-dividend basis	29 August
Record Date for the 2012 interim dividend	31 August
Processing recommences for requests by CDI holders to convert CDIs into ordinary shares or by ordinary shareholders to convert ordinary shares into CDIs	3 September
Dividend payment date	21 September
Interim Management Statement	1 November (Stuttgart: A0Z24E - news)
