With fans rewatching Avatar: The Last Airbender and many more finding out about the upcoming live-action reboot, there's more love for the series than ever before. While viewers can already watch The Legend of Korra to get their ATLA fix after they finish up, there's nothing more fun than fan casting your favorite animated show. With Netflix likely casting the show right this very minute, we decided to help them out a little bit and make our own cast list featuring some of our favorite actors that can certainly bring these characters to life. While there's no doubt that we'll fall in love with whomever they cast, we still decided to have some fun with this. So whether you agree with our choices or decide to come up with your own dream casting, we certainly hope you have some fun looking at our list of picks.

Here is our dream cast for the live-action Avatar: The Last Airbender series.

Please note: This is not an official casting and should not be taken as so. This is just who we would like to see in the roles. However, with this special opportunity, we would certainly be excited to see some brand new faces in these roles to bring more Asian and Native actors to the small screen.

Ian Chen as Aang

The young Fresh Off the Boat star has proven to have the comedy chops and sweet charm that it takes to play Aang. While his character, Evan, is a lot more serious than Aang, there's no doubt that he'll be able to step up to the plate to bring the Avatar to life.

Siena Agudong as Katara

Siena Agudong is known for playing con artist Nick in Netflix's No Good Nick, so it wouldn't be too surprising if she stays in the Netflix family for this series. Katara is more of a kind-hearted character, which will likely see more of in her next movie, Up-Side Down Magic which is coming out on Disney+ in July.

Otis Dhanji as Sokka

The young Aquaman actor is the perfect age to play Sokka. While we didn't get to see much of him on the big screen, he would make all our casting dreams come true if he got the role.

Aubrey Anderson-Emmons as Toph

Toph is one tough and sarcastic character and there's no better young comedian to fill that role than Aubrey. She became a star standout as Lilly in Modern Family and that's exactly the type of person that you need for Toph.

Ryan Potter as Zuko

The Titans star already has a pretty busy schedule with the DC Universe hit and the Big Hero 6 spin-off series, where he reprises his role as Hiro Hamada. However, we can't really imagine who else would be able to bring the banished prince to life.

Paul Sun-Hyung Lee as Iroh

If you have seen even just one second of the incredible sitcom Kim's Convenience, you already know that Paul is perfect for this role. But this dream casting gets further cemented when you watch his interviews. Paul is really like Uncle Iroh IRL and I would trust him to give me the best advice.

Auli'i Cravalho as Suki

The Moana voice actress and Rise star embodies everything that we like to see with Suki: grace, strength, and a voice of reason. Not only that, but she totally looks like her, which makes this casting even more perfect.
