Hero Canucks ice crew member puts on an absolute show
In life, there are certain special, magical moments that you risk missing if you blink.
Hockey games are no different. The second you look away you put yourself at risk of missing a nice pass here, a tricky move there, a big save, a massive hit or some historic playoff overtime winner.
Or, if you are extremely unfortunate, you'll miss some absolute hero of an ice crew member throwing down one of the best snow-cleaning performances in modern hockey history — such as the one Monday evening by this GOAT in Vancouver.

Just completely flawless. This savage has top-notch technical ice-clearance skills and elite showmanship to go with it — a lethal combination. The advanced edge work and pivoting, the flawless hand-to-hand shovel transfers, the elite special awareness, and the way they finish with authority on the snow dump into the bin, it's all so perfect.
Finding this cat has been Jim Benning's best work, though his scouting staff probably deserves the credit.
