(Reuters) - British meat packer Hilton Food Group <HFG.L> said it would appoint Chief Executive Robert Watson as executive chairman with Chief Operating Officer Philip Heffer to take over as CEO.
Watson, CEO since 2002, will become executive chairman with effect from July 1 when Heffer will become CEO, the company said.
